Spam!

Tonight as I thought about what I wanted to eat for dinner, I couldn't get spam out of my mind.  Back at home, spam is one of the major foods and can be used in anything and everything! So, I dug through my cabinet to find a can and made my most favorite thing with it, spam musubi! It is spam fried in a shoyu-sugar sauce placed over molded rice and wrapped with a piece of seaweed. It was delicious and made me think of home!
